Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Principal Solutions Architect with 15+ years of experience, including 6+ years in technical architecture and 2+ years designing AI/Agentic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable distributed systems and cloud solutions.
Develop and implement AI/Generative AI and Agentic solutions.
Create HLD/LLD, data flows, and deployment architectures.
Provide hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and L3/L4 production support.
Lead microservices, cloud, database, and integration architecture.
Mentor engineering teams and drive AI-enabled development practices.
Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, and senior leadership.

Required Skills

15+ years of software engineering experience.
6+ years of Technical/Software Architecture experience.
2+ years of AI/Agentic solution experience.
Strong distributed systems and microservices experience.
Java/Spring Boot or Golang.
Cloud architecture experience with container/serverless technologies.
Strong RDBMS and NoSQL data modeling experience.
Knowledge of frontend architecture, microfrontends, and MVVM.
Strong understanding of SDLC, scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

Preferred

Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Telecom BSS/OSS experience.
