As an early member of this organization, you will play a key role in shaping technical direction, influencing engineering best practices, and delivering AI-powered solutions from concept through production. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with business leaders, product teams, architects, data scientists, and engineers to identify high-value use cases and build secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.


This role is ideal for a hands-on Principal Engineer who thrives at the intersection of AI, data engineering, cloud architecture, and product innovation. Successful candidates will possess the technical depth to architect and build complex solutions while also working closely with business stakeholders to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical applications.

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of software engineering experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience.


Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, production-grade software solutions and distributed systems.


Deep expertise building AI-powered applications utilizing large language models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, LangChain, LangGraph).


Experience developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, semantic search capabilities, and enterprise knowledge systems leveraging vector databases and retrieval frameworks.
