Role Overview

We are looking for a Solutions Architect who can design and deliver enterprise-grade, cloud-native, AI-enabled solutions across modern Java/Angular platforms. This role blends hands-on engineering, architecture leadership, and customer-facing solution delivery, with ownership across application, integration, data, cloud, and AI systems.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that combine Java microservices, Angular frontends, ML/AI pipelines, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Experience

• 8 to 16 years across Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Platform Architecture

• Experience in AI/ML or advanced analytics environments

• Strong background in enterprise solutioning and consulting

• Proven experience working with global clients in a services or consulting model

Hands-On Technical Leadership

• Operate at depth when required — architecture reviews, solution design, technical problem-solving

• Step into delivery challenges and help unblock engineering teams

• Mentor architects and engineering teams across global delivery

Qualifications

Software Engineering

• Strong fundamentals in backend engineering, distributed systems, REST APIs, and microservices

• Experience with databases, Git, CI/CD, and modern development practices

• Proficient in Python or Java

AI Engineering

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using:

  • LLMs

  • Agentic AI frameworks

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

  • Tool calling

  • Prompt engineering

  • AI evaluation techniques

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and modern AI orchestration frameworks is highly desirable

Enterprise Integration

• Experience integrating platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Snowflake, Databricks

• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API-first architectures, OAuth, JWT, SAML

• Proficient with SQL, REST, and GraphQL APIs

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform

• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, observability, monitoring, and security best practices

Customer & Product Mindset

• Ability to work directly with customers, understand business challenges, and translate them into elegant technical solutions

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

• Comfortable leading architecture discussions and technical workshops

• Ownership mindset — rapid learning, fast prototyping, and converting customer-specific solutions into reusable platform capabilities
