Job Summary

Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ECC, Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Manufacturing Finance, and SAP FICO configuration. The consultant will lead SAP FICO implementations, support business-critical finance processes, and contribute to future ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and deployment.

• Work with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions.

• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Product Costing.

• Manage SAP FICO integration with MM, SD, PP, and other modules.

• Support month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, and issue resolution.

• Participate in SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA assessments, migration planning, and transformation activities.

• Provide functional leadership, troubleshooting, and ongoing SAP FICO production support.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of SAP FICO functional experience.

• Strong SAP ECC implementation and production support experience.

• Hands-on configuration expertise in FI/CO modules.

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Controlling, and Manufacturing Finance.

• Experience with GL, AR, AP, AA, BA, CEA, CCA, PCA, IO, TR.

• Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM, SD, and PP.

• Strong understanding of financial closing processes and business requirements.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and functional leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation or migration experience.

• SAP FICO certification.

• Product Costing and Profitability Analysis experience in manufacturing environments.
