Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of the Workday Payroll workstream, translating business requirements into functional solutions and documented design decisions.
- Demonstrate Workday Payroll capabilities, develop user stories and testing scenarios, and provide knowledge transfer to client and support teams.
- Plan and execute end-to-end payroll testing and payroll comparison activities, identify gaps, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
- Support cutover and rollout activities while providing functional guidance and coordinating the work of Payroll support team members.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
Experience in Workday Payroll implementation and functional consulting, including payroll configuration, requirements analysis, testing, client communication, and rollout support.

|
Technical Skills
|
Workday Payroll, Workday HCM, Payroll Configuration, Requirements Analysis, User Story Development, End-to-End Testing, Payroll Reconciliation & Comparison, Cutover Planning
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Payroll Operations, HCM Processes, Functional Consulting, Client Stakeholder Management, Implementation Management, Knowledge Transfer

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
