Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather and document business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis with subject matter experts.
- Support Accounts Receivable, Billing, and related financial business processes within PeopleSoft Financials.
- Perform end-to-end system integration testing and validate interfaces with external systems.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve issues, support implementation activities, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft FSCM, financial applications, requirements analysis, and system integration testing.

Technical Skills

PeopleSoft FSCM, Accounts Receivable & Billing, Requirements Analysis, Fit-Gap Analysis, System Integration Testing, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Financial Systems
