Business Analyst Level 2 to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, and operational systems supporting core organizational functions and business processes. The successful candidate will gather and analyze data, translate business needs into functional requirements, support project execution, and apply strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
Mandatory Requirements
- A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics/Statistics, Telecommunications, Data Communications, or a related field of study; and five years of progressive, responsible experience in the field of data processing, computer systems, and applications.
- A satisfactory equivalent combination of training, education, and experience may be considered.

- Broad knowledge and expertise in the characteristics of computers, peripheral devices, communications systems, and hardware capabilities.
- Knowledge of programming languages, E.D.P. applications, systems analysis methodologies, and data management and retrieval techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting business processes and workflows.

- For Operations Specialty, five years of supervisory experience is required.
- For Network Services, a telecommunications background and relevant experience are required.
- Ability to work approximately 80% remotely and 20% onsite at Central Office.
- Ability to work beyond regularly scheduled hours as required by the position.
