Position: Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid – Local Preferred)

Requirement:
We are hiring a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits Functional Consultant for a long-term implementation project supporting a government client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits, leading functional workshops, and delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience
• Multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
• Strong Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits configuration (Plans, Eligibility, Enrollment, Life Events, Rates)
• Requirements gathering, Fit/Gap analysis, RTM & KDD documentation
• SIT/UAT support, defect triage & resolution
• Payroll integrations, EDI/Carrier interfaces
• OTBI & BI Publisher reporting
• Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Certification (current or expired applicable certification accepted)
• Government/Public Sector experience preferred
