Description
Join our HR Technology team as a technical functional lead for implementing and optimizing the Incentive Compensation module.
This remote contract role requires expertise in incentive compensation and human capital management processes to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR elements.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of relevant technologies and a proven track record in project leadership.
Lead the implementation and optimization of the Incentive Compensation module within the HR framework.
Ensure integration and alignment of HR elements such as payroll, benefits, and employee data management.
Communicate project updates to HR teams.
Develop testing strategies to validate system functionality and data integrity.
Troubleshoot issues and recommend system enhancements.
Maintain documentation and training materials for user adoption.
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate roles and ensure accountability.
