Role: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Benefits Consultant
Start: Immediate
Duration: 4 months for Pilot and then 12–18-month implementation
Location: Washington, DC ( remote   but some time travel is required .need local candidate .)

Required: 7+ years of HCM functional experience with multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, preferably in a government or public sector agency; deep hands-on configuration experience in Benefits, including plan/program setup, eligibility and enrollment rules, life event triggers, and rate configuration; strong solution design and end-to-end traceability across key design decisions (KDDs), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), and scenario-based test coverage; and hands-on defect triage and resolution support through System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Must demonstrate working knowledge of integrations with Payroll and finance systems (e.g., benefits-to-payroll deduction processing), carrier/EDI file interfaces, reporting/analytics (OTBI/BI Publisher), security role design, and experience leading small hybrid-delivery functional teams with strong stakeholder management.

Required certification: Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2025 Implementation Professional (or applicable current-year Benefits certification, if available).
