Duration: 09/14/2026 - 09/06/2027< data-end="264" data-start="235">Position Description

The Communications Services Analyst I (CSA I) is responsible for conducting studies of telecommunications services, equipment, and systems to support business communication needs. The role provides consulting, service provisioning coordination, and project support to ensure communications solutions meet operational requirements.
Working under general supervision, the CSA I supports the management of telecommunications projects and service requests from initiation through completion. This position assists in the planning, installation, and coordination of communications equipment and systems, including cloud-based voice solutions, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Automatic Call Distribution (ACD), and Private Branch Exchange (PBX) systems.
The CSA I collaborates with internal stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to identify communication requirements, coordinate service delivery, maintain system continuity, and support telecommunications infrastructure planning. Responsibilities also include conducting site evaluations, supporting service implementations, coordinating vendor activities, resolving billing issues, tracking project progress, and utilizing spreadsheets with formulas and functions for reporting and analysis.
The ideal candidate maintains awareness of current telecommunications technologies and industry trends while providing excellent customer service and technical coordination.

Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating the planning, design, implementation, and provisioning of voice and data telecommunications services, equipment, and systems.
Experience working directly with end users, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support operational communication requirements.

Additional Required Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience with cloud communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, or similar solutions.
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting VoIP, PBX, IVR, ACD/Call Accounting, or related telephony technologies.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect (AWS), Zoom, Cisco Unified Communications (UC), or equivalent platforms.
Familiarity with the complete service request lifecycle, vendor coordination, project implementations, and on-site telecommunications evaluations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.

Additional Information

Travel to client sites may be required to support site surveys, equipment installations, project migrations, and decommissioning activities.
Candidates must possess a valid driver''s license and have access to reliable transportation.
