Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Configure and support SAP S/4HANA RE-FX and Contract Lease Management solutions.
- Design and validate lease accounting processes for IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance.
- Integrate RE-FX with SAP Finance, General Ledger, and related SAP modules.
- Support testing, deployment, issue resolution, and production support activities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with SAP S/4HANA RE-FX, lease accounting, GL optimization, testing, deployment, and integration with SAP Finance modules.

|
Technical Skills
|
SAP S/4HANA, SAP RE-FX, SAP CLM, SAP HANA, SAP FI, General Ledger, Lease Accounting, IFRS 16/ASC 842
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Lease Management, Real Estate Management, Financial Compliance, Business Process Design, Functional Analysis, Stakeholder Collaboration
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP Intelligent Real Estate and Contract Lease Management.
- Strong integration knowledge across SAP Finance and related modules.
- Experience with remote delivery, testing, deployment, and production support.
