Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle Financials functional solutions.
- Configure Oracle Financials modules, develop functional specifications, and support system integrations and enhancements.
- Plan and execute system testing, validate business processes, and coordinate defect resolution and data migration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation, user training, production deployment, and post-implementation support.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
8+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Financials solutions, business process analysis, and enterprise ERP projects.

|
Technical Skills
|
Oracle Cloud Financials, General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Intercompany Accounting, Oracle Projects, Functional Configuration
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Financial Process Management, ERP Implementation, System Testing, Stakeholder Management
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading Oracle Financials implementation projects through the full SDLC.
- Familiarity with ERP data conversion, reconciliation, and enterprise integration processes.
- Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing consulting skills.
