The Business Systems Analyst serves as the vital link between site operations-including warehousing and logistics teams-and the global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project team. In this role, you will drive operational readiness and support the rollout of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) across site operations.
You will lead local fit-to-standard evaluations, testing, data validation, change management, cutover, and hypercare support. Your background in regulated manufacturing environments and ERP execution will ensure local warehouse and logistics requirements are addressed while maintaining compliance, traceability, and operational excellence.

responsibilities:
Serve as the site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle E1 warehousing, logistics, and operational processes, including Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver touchpoints. Partner with site leadership, area leads, business process owners, and super-users to drive successful site adoption of E1. Facilitate fit-to-standard sessions by capturing local operational requirements, evaluating business impacts, and aligning local practices with the global ERP template. Identify operational gaps, risks, and change impacts related to warehousing, inventory movements, logistics execution, and regulatory compliance. Ensure the proposed solution maintains compliant, efficient, and sustainable execution across site operations. Define, document, and prepare local operational scenarios for warehouse, logistics, inventory, and manufacturing execution testing. Assist in establishing testing environments, master data, and process documentation needed for thorough test execution. Direct super-users during system testing, track and document test results, log defects, and coordinate timely issue resolution. Lead local data extraction, cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities focusing on item master, inventory, location, transaction, and logistics data. Maintain rigorous standards for data integrity, traceability, and regulatory compliance throughout the migration process. Monitor organizational change readiness, tracking training progress, site adoption risks, and business impact mitigations. Facilitate end-user training sessions, walkthroughs, and standard operating procedures (SOP) reinforcement for site logistics personnel. Coordinate local warehousing and logistics deliverables within the cutover plan, leading preparation for dress rehearsals and trial cutovers. Execute cutover tasks, perform site readiness checks, track completion metrics, and escalate operational blockers in real time. Provide go-live and post-implementation hypercare support by triaging issues, clarifying process questions, and coaching super-users and end users to operational stability.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
2+ years of experience working with ERP platforms in a super-user, business process analyst, implementation consultant, or SME capacity.
Proven track record supporting warehousing, logistics, inventory management, materials handling, or manufacturing execution.
Experience operating within a regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., cGMP, ISO, or equivalent quality management frameworks).
Hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1), specifically modules related to warehousing, inventory management, and logistics execution.
Ability to map complex operational workflows, identify systemic gaps, construct validation test cases, and resolve execution bottlenecks.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced functions in Excel (data analysis, reconciliation, and validation).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at presenting complex system concepts to non-technical operational teams and site leaders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing project priorities in a fast-paced implementation environment.
