About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Planning & Procurement Lead to join a global Oracle SCM transformation initiative. This role is ideal for a senior functional consultant or solution architect who has successfully led Oracle Cloud Planning implementations and has strong Procurement Cloud experience.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design scalable Oracle Cloud solutions, and lead implementations from solution design through go-live. This is a client-facing leadership role that requires excellent communication, strong functional expertise, and the ability to guide both business and technical teams.

Although the position is fully remote within the U.S., the consultant should be available to travel to Mexico whenever project needs arise.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Lead Oracle Cloud Planning and Procurement implementations from discovery through deployment.
• Conduct workshops with business users to gather requirements and recommend Oracle Cloud best practices.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, and Procurement Cloud solutions.
• Drive supply chain transformation initiatives by improving planning, procurement, and inventory processes.
• Work closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support conference room pilots (CRP), system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover activities, go-live, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Inventory, Order Management, Logistics, and other Oracle SCM Cloud teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership throughout the engagement.

What We''re Looking For

• At least 12 years of Oracle Supply Chain consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud Planning solutions.
• Expertise in:
  • Oracle Supply Planning Cloud
  • Oracle Demand Planning Cloud
  • Oracle Replenishment Planning Cloud
  • Oracle Procurement Cloud
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, and S&OP processes.
• Experience leading Oracle Cloud implementation or transformation projects.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and design scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Experience integrating Oracle Planning with other Oracle SCM Cloud applications.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Oracle Manufacturing Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle Inventory Management Cloud.
• Knowledge of Oracle Order Management Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience supporting global manufacturing or supply chain transformation projects.
• Previous consulting experience working with multinational organizations.

Travel

• Must be willing to travel to Mexico whenever required for project activities.
