Job Summary The Information Technology Help Desk Technician I provides internal technical support to Chloeta employees, with a primary focus on resolving Help Desk tickets. This role supports users with computer hardware, software, network connectivity, and assists with end user training. The technician may also assist the IT team with other technology projects and initiatives as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities - Resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely manner with a focus on end user satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
- Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions clearly and accurately.
- Configure, maintain, and track company IT equipment, including computers, tablets, mobile phones, and other devices.
- Install, configure, and support approved applications on company owned devices.
- Assist the IT team with technology projects, equipment deployments, and other initiatives as needed.
- Lift, carry, move, and position IT equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, including computers, monitors, printers, peripherals, and other technology equipment, as needed for installation, deployment, and support.

Required Skills/Abilities - Strong hands on knowledge of PC hardware, including building, upgrading, repairing, and troubleshooting desktop computers.
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and supporting Microsoft 365 web and desktop applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, and basic network connectivity issues using available tools and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and a positive end user experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non technical users.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the IT team and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and troubleshooting methods.
Education and Experience Required: Minimum of one year of hands-on experience with computers and technology, including building PCs, upgrading hardware, homelabbing, troubleshooting equipment, or working with electronics.
Preferred: Previous experience in a Help Desk, technical support, customer service, or similar support environment.
Preferred: Coursework, certification, or a degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.
