Role: ServiceNow IRM Consultant
Location: New York, NY/ Phoenix, AZ/ Sunrise, FL/ Sandy / Salt Lake City, Utah/ Atlanta, GA/ Palo Alto, CA (Local to any of these locations as this is an Onsite role)
Seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and hands-on experience delivering Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
Experience: 6-10 years of overall ServiceNow development experience, including 2-3 years or 2-3 full lifecycle projects in IRM/GRC modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, and Audit Management.
IRM Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of risk lifecycle management, inherent and residual risk scoring models, controls management, and organizational entities.
Development Skills: Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow platform development.
Customization Experience: Experienced in configuring and extending IRM applications, implementing custom risk scoring logic, and developing control testing workflows.
Workspaces & UI Builder: Hands-on experience with Risk, Compliance, and Audit Workspaces, along with UI Builder for designing modern user experiences.
Integration & Reporting: Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, data imports, custom dashboards, analytics, and reporting.
Development Best Practices: Follows upgrade-safe, scalable, modular, and well-documented development standards aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
Collaboration: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with experience working in Agile teams alongside BAs, QAs, administrators, and business stakeholders
