We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) with strong expertise in EmployeeWorks, specifically working with OTTO/Slate.
The candidate must be enabled on EmployeeWorks and have experience working with OTTO/Slate.
Required ServiceNow Skills:
• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant.
• EmployeeWorks – OTTO/Slate enablement and relevant implementation experience is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Employee Center / Employee Experience capabilities.
• Experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and employee-facing processes is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, case management, knowledge management, service catalogs, and
employee self-service.
• Experience conducting process discovery, gathering requirements, fit-gap analysis, and process optimization
workshops.
• Strong ability to create process maps, user journeys, personas, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer and automation capabilities from a functional/process perspective
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business process and requirements workshops for ServiceNow EmployeeWorks using OTTO/Slate.
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand current-state employee processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Define current-state and future-state processes and identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Provide functional guidance on EmployeeWorks, Employee Center, Employee Experience, and related ServiceNow capabilities.
• Ensure requirements align with ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities and recommended implementation practices.
• Partner with Solution Architects and Technical Consultants to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, story walkthroughs, sprint planning, solution demonstrations, and stakeholder reviews.
• Support UAT planning, business validation, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
