Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Developer to design, enhance, and support enterprise supply chain applications. This position will partner closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver solutions supporting supply planning, demand forecasting, inventory, manufacturing, and order fulfillment.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, particularly ASCP and Demantra, along with advanced PL/SQL development skills and experience supporting complex ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS R12 supply chain applications.
- Build technical solutions supporting supply planning, demand planning, forecasting, inventory, manufacturing, and order fulfillment.
- Configure and enhance ASCP, Demantra, APS, GOP, and related Oracle Supply Chain modules.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot application issues, and resolve data or integration-related problems.
- Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL programs, interfaces, reports, workflows, and data conversions.
- Maintain data quality and ensure accurate movement of information between ERP applications and integrated systems.
- Develop and support integrations using ODI, OIC, or comparable ETL/middleware technologies.
- Partner with Supply Chain, IT, Operations, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate throughout the development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and support.
- Create technical documentation, solution specifications, and support materials.
- Work within an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile activities.
Requirements Required Technical Experience:- 5+ years of Oracle ERP development experience with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
- Experience with multiple Oracle Supply Chain applications, including:
- Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
- Demantra
- Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS)
- Global Order Promising (GOP)
- Inventory Management
- Purchasing
- Order Management
- Manufacturing
- Logistics
- Advanced experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with Oracle development tools such as BI tools, Workflow Builder, TOAD, and Oracle APEX.
- Knowledge of ETL, data modeling, database management, and data governance.
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL platforms.
- Experience developing or supporting system integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or comparable middleware.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics platforms such as Oracle BI or Tableau.
- Experience using source control tools such as Git or SVN.
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or cloud-based ERP environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Exposure to Model N.
- Experience with Java and/or JavaScript.
- Previous experience working within Agile development teams.
- Experience supporting geographically distributed business and technical teams.
Education & Professional Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience developing and supporting Oracle ERP applications.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities in a production environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
