Preferred Experience
7+ years of Oracle ERP Supply Chain experience with a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Logistics processes
5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience supporting OTC and Logistics business functions
Strong experience in Oracle OTC modules, including:

Order Management (OM)

Advanced Pricing

Inventory

Shipping Execution

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Customer Returns (RMA)

Intercompany Order Processing

Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC and Logistics modules, including:

Order Management (OM)

Inventory Management

Shipping

Global Order Promising (GOP)

Pricing

• Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) is preferred
  Experience supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash lifecycle
  Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and EDI integrations (850, 855, 856, 810, 214, 210)
  Experience in Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration, implementation, or transformation projects preferred
  Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Building Materials, Transportation, or Logistics industries preferred
  Proven experience in Oracle Fusion production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and enhancement delivery
  Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, ESS Jobs, and operational reporting for OTC and Logistics functions
  Experience in release management, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, regression testing, and deployment support
  Strong understanding of Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Shipping, and Supply Chain execution processes
  Excellent stakeholder management, business process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  Oracle Fusion SCM, OTM, or Oracle EBS Supply Chain certifications are preferred
  Experience working within onsite/offshore delivery and support models preferred
  Day to Day Activities:
  Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
  Participate in daily stand-up Supply Chain meetings (and weekly/monthly meetings)
  Manage all activities within the track including prioritization of incidents and enhancements for Supply Chain track
  Triage and resolve high-priority functional tickets (incidents and problems)
  Co-ordinate with business user(s) if more details are needed on the tickets
  Coordinates with business users on new enhancements and collaboratively helps the business prioritize new enhancements
  Responsible for end user satisfaction
  Conduct impact analysis for new releases on Supply Chain track
  Collects business requirements and coordinates with functional analysts on design elements, effort estimations and delivery
  Manages service levels for the Supply Chain track
  Update business users in case of risks of missing service levels
  Manage and track Oracle SRs for the Supply Chain track
  Work with the Delivery Manager to escalate SR's not getting desired attention
