Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Logistics, Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Pricing, and Supply Chain execution. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Oracle ERP Supply Chain experience, including 5+ years supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM environments.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support production operations, resolve high-priority incidents, deliver enhancements, manage Oracle Cloud releases, and drive continuous improvement across the Supply Chain track.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle ERP Supply Chain experience with strong Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Logistics expertise.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM experience.
• Strong functional experience with:
  • Oracle Order Management (OM)
  • Oracle Inventory Management
  • Oracle Shipping
  • Oracle Advanced Pricing
  • Global Order Promising (GOP)
  • Customer Returns / RMA
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Intercompany Order Processing
• Strong understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Shipping, and Supply Chain execution.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and EDI integrations, including 850, 855, 856, 810, 214, and 210.
• Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, ESS Jobs, and operational reporting.
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud production environments, including:
  • Incident management
  • Problem management
  • Root cause analysis
  • Enhancement delivery
  • Oracle SR management
  • Release management
  • Regression testing
• Experience with quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and impact analysis.
• Strong business requirements gathering and process analysis skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in onsite/offshore delivery and support models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) experience.
• Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration, implementation, or transformation experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, Building Materials, Transportation, or Logistics industries.
• Oracle Fusion SCM, OTM, or Oracle EBS Supply Chain certification.
• Experience working in large-scale production support environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions.
• Support the Supply Chain track across OTC, Logistics, Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, and related functions.
• Participate in daily Supply Chain stand-ups and weekly/monthly operational meetings.
• Prioritize and manage incidents, problems, enhancements, and service requests.
• Triage and resolve high-priority functional production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
• Work directly with business users to understand ticket requirements and clarify functional issues.
• Analyze and prioritize enhancement requests with business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with functional analysts and technical teams on solution design, estimates, development, testing, and delivery.
• Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle Support on critical issues.
• Perform impact analysis for quarterly Oracle Cloud releases.
• Coordinate regression testing and deployment activities.
• Monitor service levels and proactively communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of Supply Chain processes and Oracle Fusion functionality.
• Ensure strong end-user satisfaction and effective communication throughout incident and enhancement lifecycles.
