Production Support Workday HCM.Position type: Full-time, ContractDuration: 12 months Location: Plano TX Key Skills:Required Skills: 7+ years of IT experience in production support.
Experience in Workday HCM Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management) and configuration options.
Basic knowledge of database concepts and SQL queries.
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy, Jira) and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace).
Desired Qualifications 5+ years of IT Experience in Production support related to Workday HCM payroll benefits absence time tracking security, VNDLY and other modules.
Diagnose and troubleshoot business process issues security access problem and data inconsistencies in workday.
Work closely with HR and finance teams to address functional and technical workday issues.
Configure and update workday business processes based on organizational changes and compliance needs.
Support workplace Security Administration including user access controller and role-based security assignments.
Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, JIRA and ITSM Remedy
