Workday Extend

Title : Remote Workday Extend Consultant(Benefits Focus)
Duration: 6 months/contract

Must Haves:

 Workday Extend development experience

Knowledge of Workday Benefits within the broader Workday HCM suite

Familiarity with:

Workday security (domain policies + security groups)

Experience with:

WQL (Workday Query Language) 

 Workday APIs 

 Ability to troubleshoot within Workday context

 Ability to engage in live customer-facing conversations

Plus: Workday certs

Basic Company Info:

Decision support platform for benefits enrollment

Used during new hire enrollment

Aggregates data from Workday, ADP. & preference data

Why Open:

Need support ahead of peak open enrollment

Lack of Workday-Certified / Extend expertise

Prior deployments defined by delays and troubleshooting issues

Important Skills

Soft –    Needs to be able to take initiative and present themselves sharply, this is client / partner facing.

Day to Day:

Support Workday Extend deployments

Troubleshoot configuration issues

Diagnose errors tied to:

o        Security

o        Domain access

o        Configuration

·                     Work with partners/clients to access logs and identify root causes

·                     Engage directly with employer groups on calls

·                     Support integration across:

o        Workday

o        ADP

o        other systems
