Provide senior-level functional support for PeopleSoft HCM production operations and strategic enhancements.
Triage, analyze, document, and resolve incidents involving Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, General Ledger, security, integrations, and approvals.
Use SQL, functional analysis, configuration review, data validation, and cross-system troubleshooting to identify root causes.
Develop functional specifications, corrective-action recommendations, test scenarios, and implementation plans.
Coordinate regression testing, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-production validation.
Partner with business, technical, security, integration, and vendor teams to manage issues through resolution.
Maintain knowledge articles, support procedures, issue trends, status reporting, and escalation documentation.
Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 production operations in a large, complex enterprise environment.
Senior-level BSA experience with requirements, functional design, testing, implementation, incident response, and production support.
Strong experience in one or more PeopleSoft HCM areas, including Workforce Administration, Payroll, Benefits, or Absence Management.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues using SQL and functional analysis.
Experience supporting enterprise integrations and cross-functional HR, payroll, accounting, and security processes.
Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, documentation, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
