Job Title: Payroll Transformation Advisor
Location : 300 E John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, TX 75062 (in the Las Colinas urban center)
Responsibilities:Executive advisory servicesPayroll transformation guidanceHCM and payroll process design oversightWorkday-to-ADP integration strategy and validationFuture-state process validationDesign and architecture oversightRisk identification and mitigationParticipation in steering committee meetingsIndependent review and challenge of implementation partner recommendationsTransition planning from JDE to the future-state environment
Requirements (The file doesn't have requirements on the file - SAI is used to generate this):10+ years of experience in payroll transformation, HCM, or HR/payroll advisory rolesStrong experience in executive-level advisory and stakeholder engagementDeep knowledge of payroll process design, future-state operating models, and transformation planningProven experience with Workday and ADP payroll implementationsExperience validating Workday-to-ADP integration strategy and business processesExperience reviewing payroll architecture, design decisions, and implementation partner recommendationsStrong background in identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plansExperience supporting steering committee and executive governance meetingsDemonstrated experience transitioning from JD Edwards Payroll or another legacy payroll platform to a modern payroll solutionExperience supporting complex payroll environments, ideally including union, hourly, and multi-jurisdiction workforcesKnowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll regulations, tax, and compliance requirementsExperience with payroll testing, parallel testing, reconciliation, and cutover planningUnderstanding of payroll integrations with HCM, timekeeping, finance, benefits, retirement, and third-party systemsAbility to work with large enterprise environments and multiple business unitsStrong communication, presentation, and independent problem-solving skills
