Mandatory Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, developing, modernizing, and maintaining public-facing government websites. This experience should include projects for organizations of similar size, scope, and complexity, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centered, accessible, and secure websites. Minimum of three (3) references demonstrating the ability to sustain a qualified and dedicated team for the duration of a multi-year engagement, up to two (2) years.
