We are seeking a Data Warehouse Lead / Snowflake Architect to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our enterprise data platform. This individual will own the architecture of our Snowflake environment and help drive data strategy across multiple operating companies. You''ll partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable, high-performing analytics solutions that support operational reporting, financial analysis, and executive decision-making.
What You''ll Do
- Lead the architecture and development of our Snowflake data warehouse and enterprise data platform.
- Design and implement scalable ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from ERP, financial, project management, and operational systems.
- Develop and maintain dimensional data models, data governance standards, and data quality processes.
- Partner with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to define reporting and analytics requirements.
- Optimize Snowflake performance, security, scalability, and cost management.
- Support enterprise reporting initiatives and enable self-service analytics through modern BI solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex data issues and serve as the technical lead for data platform initiatives.
- Create architecture documentation, data lineage, and best practices to support long-term platform growth.
What We''re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in data warehousing, data architecture, or data engineering.
- Strong expertise with Snowflake architecture, administration, and optimization.
- Experience building cloud-based ETL/ELT solutions using tools such as dbt, Matillion, Fivetran, Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or similar.
- Advanced SQL development and data modeling experience.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, security, and master data management.
- Experience integrating data from ERP, financial, and operational business systems.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- SnowPro or other Snowflake certifications.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
- Background supporting enterprise data modernization or ERP transformation initiatives.
- Experience working in multi-company or acquisition-driven environments.
