Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Snowflake Data Lead with strong Python expertise to lead large-scale enterprise data initiatives.
The role involves designing and implementing ETL pipelines, managing data ingestion, and ensuring high data quality and integrity within Snowflake environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale enterprise data projects on Snowflake cloud platforms.
Develop ETL pipelines using Snowflake SQL.
Perform data ingestion by extracting data from multiple file formats such as CSV, JSON, and XML.
Implement data validation and transformation logic to ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Snowflake, including:
- Writing complex queries
- Developing stored procedures
- Creating user-defined functions (UDFs)
Proficiency in:
- Python (must have hands-on project experience)
- SQL
- SnowSQL
Solid understanding of ETL concepts and processes.
Experience working with enterprise-level data platforms.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of insurance domain concepts.
Familiarity with any ETL tools.

Qualifications

Significant experience (typically 10+ years) as a Technical Lead on enterprise data projects.
Proven ability to work with Snowflake and Python in production environments.
Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
