System infrastructure, System setup, K8s and OS setup and troubleshooting, Log analysis, Configuration validation, Remediation
Lead solutionsystem infrastructure engineering and integration.
Support qualification, engineering debugging and HPE-approved deployments.
Analyze hardware, Linux, networking, storage and system-state issues. Lead escalations, root-cause analysis and corrective-action artifacts.
Drive reusable diagnostic and remediation improvements.
Required Skills Experience10+ years of relevant experience.

Hardware diagnostics, escalation management and root-cause analysis.
Primary Deliverable Contribution Environmentreadiness artifacts.
Field investigation and technical disposition packages.
RCA and corrective-action packages.

Success Acceptance Focus Investigations and corrective actions are evidence-based and reusable improvements are captured where applicable.
