Summary

Title - IT Governance Consultant

Job Type – Remote

Required Experience & Skills

Experience establishing governance and operating models.
Knowledge of risk management, controls, and exception management processes.
Experience creating standard operating procedures, workflows, and RACI models.
Ability to develop executive metrics and KPI frameworks.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.

Scope Includes

Define enterprise operating model covering ownership, accountability, certification, governance, exception management, and reporting responsibilities.
Establish governance forums, decision-making processes, escalation paths, and risk acceptance procedures.
Develop executive dashboards and KPIs supporting visibility into OSS risk, lifecycle exposure, inventory coverage, and technical debt reduction.
Create operational procedures, playbooks, and reporting standards supporting long-term program sustainability.
