Summary

Job Title: Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Functional Consultant
Location: Remote with Travel
Travel: Up to twice per month within the U.S.
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design compensation plans, configure the application, support testing, and ensure successful deployment.

Required Skills

10+ years of Oracle Applications functional experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud
Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Incentive Compensation solutions
Strong understanding of:
- Sales compensation processes
- Commission plans
- Quotas and targets
- Crediting rules
- Incentive calculations
- Payment and dispute processes
Experience gathering business requirements and preparing functional design documents
Hands-on experience configuring compensation plans, rules, participant assignments, and calculation processes
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support
Functional understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations
Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Experience working with business users and cross-functional teams

Preferred

Oracle Cloud certification
Experience leading Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud implementations
Experience supporting large or complex sales compensation programs
