Summary

Oracle EPM Support Lead (EPBCS Focus)

Full Time with 100% Remote Role

Primary Focus: Oracle EPBCS (Planning) with support across FCCS, EPRCS (Narrative Reporting), PCMCS, and EDMCS.

Key Requirements

12+ years of Oracle EPM/Hyperion support experience (L2/L3).
Strong hands-on expertise in EPBCS Planning production support.
Troubleshoot business rules, calculations, RTPs, job failures, and performance issues.
Support forms, dashboards, task lists, reports, workflows, approvals, and metadata maintenance.
Support forecast and budget cycles, user issues, reconciliations, and data validation.
Strong experience with Data Integration, data loads, automation, and troubleshooting.
Experience with ServiceNow/Jira, SLA management, and business stakeholder communication.
Ability to provide on-call support during planning and financial close cycles.

Additional EPM Modules

FCCS: Consolidations, eliminations, translations, journals, and close process support.
EPRCS (Narrative Reporting): Reporting packages, publishing, doclet management, binding issues, and Smart View support.
PCMCS: Allocation rules, drivers, model execution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
EDMCS: Metadata governance, hierarchy management, and data synchronization support.

Ideal Candidate: Senior Oracle EPM Support Consultant with deep EPBCS Planning expertise and strong exposure to FCCS, EPRCS, PCMCS, and EDMCS in a production support environment.
