Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced **Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Techno-Functional Lead** to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of Oracle EBS Financial applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Financial business processes along with technical capabilities in Oracle development technologies, integrations, reporting, and data migration.
The Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Lead will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective solution design, system optimization, compliance, and successful delivery of finance transformation initiatives.
- Lead Oracle EBS Financials implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support initiatives.
- Conduct business process workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Analyze current-state and future-state finance processes.
- Provide functional leadership for finance transformation projects.
- Design scalable and maintainable Oracle EBS Financial solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle best-practice solutions.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and configuration documents.
- Collaborate with finance leadership, controllers, and business users to improve operational efficiency.
- 10+ years of Oracle EBS Financials experience.
- 5+ years in a Techno-Functional Lead or Solution Architect role.
- Multiple full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.
- Strong experience supporting global finance organizations.
- Experience leading complex finance transformation initiatives.
