Oracle CPQ Lead

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Senior Lead to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ Cloud / BigMachines CPQ, including configuration, pricing, quoting, commerce processes, integrations, and solution architecture.
The Senior Lead will work closely with business stakeholders, sales, product, pricing, IT, and enterprise architecture teams to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle CPQ Cloud / BigMachines CPQ solutions.
- Own CPQ solution architecture, technical design, configuration, and delivery across the full implementation lifecycle.
- Configure and customize Product Catalog, Configuration, Pricing, Commerce, and Document Generation processes.
- Design complex product configuration rules, constraints, attributes, BOMs, pricing rules, discounts, and approval workflows.
- Develop and maintain BML (BigMachines Language) scripts and CPQ business rules.
- Configure Commerce processes, transaction flows, quote management, approvals, and sales processes.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle CPQ and enterprise applications such as Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, CRM, PLM, Order Management, and other downstream systems.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, data integrations, and middleware technologies to support CPQ integrations.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design, technical documentation, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for process automation and CPQ optimization.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to CPQ developers and implementation teams.
- Troubleshoot complex configuration, pricing, integration, and performance issues.
- Establish development standards, governance, code quality, and best practices for Oracle CPQ.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production stabilization.
- Evaluate new Oracle CPQ capabilities and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in CPQ implementations, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ / BigMachines CPQ.
