Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Marketing Enablement Lead / Product Consultant with strong expertise in Customer Decision Hub, Next-Best-Action strategies, customer decisioning, and AI-driven customer engagement.
This is a business-facing Pega CDH role, not a Pega developer or systems architect position. The ideal candidate should understand how Product and Marketing teams use Pega CDH and be able to translate business requirements into effective decisioning strategies, business rules, targeted marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as this role will work closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, delivery teams, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enable targeted marketing messaging using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) based on defined business requirements.
- Support Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies and customer decisioning initiatives.
- Translate Product and Marketing requirements into effective Pega CDH decisioning and business-rule logic.
- Perform quality control and validation of business requirements before campaign implementation.
- Work with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Technology, and delivery channels to deploy new marketing initiatives and creatives.
- Provide consultation to business stakeholders on Pega CDH capabilities, decisioning strategies, and best practices.
- Help business teams understand how Pega CDH can be leveraged to improve customer engagement and marketing outcomes.
- Coordinate across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Support validation across Test, QA, and Production environments.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
- Communicate project status, requirements, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed.
Good to Have
- Pega Certified Data Scientist (PCDS).
- Experience with marketing management platforms.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale customer engagement or personalization programs.
- Experience working with Product and Marketing organizations in large enterprise environments.
