About the Role
We are seeking for Pega Workflow and Case Management (WCM) specialists to design, build, and optimize enterprise banking workflows. You will lead technical delivery for core banking processes, including customer onboarding, loan origination, KYC compliance, and dispute management. This role requires hands-on Pega development skills paired with deep domain knowledge of banking operations and legacy systems.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Architecture: Design dynamic case lifecycles, stage configurations, and automated routing rules for complex banking operations.
Banking Integrations: Connect Pega applications to legacy core banking platforms, payment gateways, and third-party data providers via REST, SOAP, and Kafka messaging.
Compliance and SLA Control: Configure service-level agreements, business rules, and audit trails to meet strict banking regulations.
Performance Tuning: Optimize application performance, database queries, and rule execution times for high-volume transaction environments.
Stakeholder Execution: Translate business requirements from risk, operations, and compliance teams into clean, reusable Pega framework components.
Technical and Domain Qualifications
Pega Expertise: 5+ years of active Pega development experience. Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required. Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) preferred.
Case Management: Deep experience with Pega Case Management, App Studio, Dev Studio, and Constellation UI architecture.
Banking Domain: 3+ years directly supporting retail banking, commercial lending, card operations, or KYC and AML onboarding workflows.
Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP integrations, JSON parsing, security protocols, and relational databases.
Delivery Method: Proven track record in Agile and DevOps environments using Jira, Pega Deployment Manager, and automated test frameworks.
