Provide technical leadership for Pega solution architecture, application design, integration, deployment, and performance optimization supporting IRS Campus Exam and Collection modernization.

Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, promote reusable design patterns and components, coordinate Pega vendor service requests, manage platform-level Section 508 defect-resolution planning, and prepare technical documentation.

Education: Bachelor's
