Summary
Job Title: Senior Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)
Work mode: Remote (USA)
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications using the Pega platform.
Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Conduct LSA reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
Configure and optimize BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange) for data extraction, reporting, and integration needs.
Design, develop, and review REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems.
Perform PDC (Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud) reviews, analyze alerts, identify performance bottlenecks, and drive application optimization.
Participate in application performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support.
Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on Pega development standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Skills
8+ years of Pega development experience.
Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Pega Infinity Platform
BIX configuration and management
REST and SOAP API integrations
PDC monitoring and performance analysis
Case Management and BPM
Decisioning and Workflow Automation
Strong understanding of Pega guardrails, performance tuning, and deployment strategies.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based deployments.
Preferred Qualifications
CLSA certification.
Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with database concepts, SQL, and application monitoring tools.
