Key Responsibilities:
- Important: This is a Pega Business Architect role, NOT a Developer position.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Strong Pega Business Architecture and requirements management experience.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity, SDA (Smart Dispute), Center-Out, and Low-Code/No-Code.
- Strong knowledge of Pega BluePrint for requirements, feedback, and refinement.
- Experience with Smart Dispute / payment disputes, including Credit Card Fraud & Non-Fraud.
- Strong understanding of Case Management, Constellation/UI Cosmos, and OOTB features.
- Ability to define Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and dependencies.
- Experience with JIRA, Scenario Testing, Test Strategy, and UAT support.
- Comfortable conducting Show & Tell sessions and user training.
- Strong Agile communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor s degree in engineering or related field.
- Ideal Candidate: A strong Pega LBA/Business Architect who can translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions while maximizing OOTB capabilities and minimizing customization.
- Certification: PCBA required
- Experience: 12+ years IT | 8+ years Pega BA/LBA
