SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant

Role:                              SAP BSA for SuccessFactors integration with S/4HANA
Location:                       Fremont, CA (Remote)
Duration:                      6-12+ months 

Job Description:

We are looking to engage a Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst to support our DT - SAP S/4HANA Mini Master Integration project. This resource will work directly with me, primarily supporting Digital Transformation activities, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors integration with S/4HANA and cross-module integration within S/4. Having a BSA with experience integrating Employee Central with S/4 is critical for this mini master integration effort.

Role Overview:

We need an experienced, senior-level BSA who can operate independently and take ownership of the following areas without requiring significant handholding:

·        Requirements gathering and analysis for integration points between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA

·        Cross-module integration analysis within S/4HANA (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, or other relevant modules as applicable to our landscape)

·        Process flow documentation (current state and future state)

·        Functional and technical documentation of integration designs and data flows

·        Preparation and delivery of presentations to stakeholders and leadership

·        Test planning, test case creation, and execution (unit, integration, and end-to-end/UAT testing)

·        Data migration validation, including reconciliation and data quality checks between source and target systems

·        Close collaboration with GIS and HRIS teams to align on requirements, timelines, and issue resolution

·        Identifying gaps, risks, and dependencies across integration points, and proactively driving them to closure

Key Requirements:

·        7+ years of BSA experience, with significant hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations

·        Proven experience with SuccessFactors–S/4HANA integration (e.g., Employee Central integration, org data replication, or similar)

·        Strong understanding of cross-module data flows within S/4HANA

·        Demonstrated ability to independently lead workstreams, including testing strategy and data migration validation

·        Excellent documentation skills (functional specs, process flow diagrams, integration design documents)

·        Strong stakeholder communication skills

·        Experience working in a matrixed environment with GIS and HRIS teams

·        Prior experience in DT/large-scale transformation programs preferred
