Role: SAP CPI/BTP Integration Lead Consultant
Location: Montvale, NJ or Chicago, IL (100% Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI/BTP Integration Suite) and SuccessFactors integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building and supporting integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and third-party applications, with deep knowledge of standard and custom iFlows, APIs, and SAP BTP Integration Suite.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support inbound and outbound integrations using SAP CPI (SAP Integration Suite).
Build, configure, extend, and customize standard and custom iFlows.
Develop local integration processes, exception subprocesses, and error-handling mechanisms.
Integrate SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP applications using SOAP and OData APIs.
Work on integrations involving:
- SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
- Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Global Benefits vendors
- S/4HANA Public Cloud
Conduct customer discovery workshops to understand current processes and future integration requirements.
Design, implement, test, and support complex enterprise integrations.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout implementation and support phases.
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize existing integration flows.

Required Skills

8–12 years of SAP Integration experience.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite (BTP).
Experience in at least 2 SAP CPI implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of:
- SuccessFactors integrations
- SOAP APIs
- OData APIs
- Custom and standard iFlows
- Exception handling and monitoring
Experience integrating:
- SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Employee Central Payroll
- Global Benefits Vendors
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud integrations.
Experience designing integrations between SAP ERP and non-SAP systems.
Strong client-facing and requirement gathering skills.

Preferred Skills

JavaScript or other scripting language experience.
Experience in Professional Services implementations.
SAP BTP Integration Suite expertise.
