We are looking for an experienced Workday Solutions Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
· Lead Workday Compensation configuration and support, including Core/Base Compensation and Advanced Compensation, covering merit, bonus, stock, and compensation planning.
· Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions, facilitating requirements sessions, producing specifications, configuring/testing changes, and applying Workday best practices.
· Provide L3 production support and lead issue resolution, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, risk/issue tracking, escalation, release management, and collaboration with distributed teams.
Must Have Skills:
· Workday Advanced Compensation
· Workday Core/Base Compensation
· End-to-end Workday HCM implementations
· Functional Lead experience on at least 2 end-to-end deployments
· Workday configuration and testing
· Business Process configuration/setup
· Compensation requirements gathering and solution design
· AMS/support experience for 3–4 clients
· Benefits, Payroll, Core HCM, and Security knowledge
· Client-facing requirements sessions
· Production support and issue resolution
· Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration
Good to have:
• Certification in Workday Compensation
• Participated in ACR processes.
· Broader Workday Talent, Core HCM, Security, PRISM, Integrations, and Reporting exposure
