Overview:

Working within a high-volume operational setting, you will be responsible for reviewing data, supporting senior analysts, and managing day-to-day administrative roster updates. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze workforce management metrics and operational data generated by senior team analysts.
Provide comprehensive administrative and data tracking support to the Workforce Analyst Two tier.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage, modify, and distribute operational data and team rosters to managers.
Track daily trends and system performance metrics within a high call volume operational environment.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working explicitly in a Workforce Analyst or Workforce Management (WFM) capacity.
Documented hands-on experience utilizing either Genesys Cloud or Nice (Nice IEX) software platforms.
Competent professional skill set in Microsoft Excel for data organization and tracking.
Prior experience operating within a fast-paced, high call volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting a blended team of senior analysts during enterprise-scale platform updates.
Ability to interpret complex call metrics and shift data without requiring external database programming tools.
