Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - Organizational change management, change adoption, change impact assessments .
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior Change Management Specialist
- Develops and executes the organizational change management strategy to facilitate stakeholder adoption of proposed improvements.
- Conducts change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness planning to support successful transformation.
