Description
We are looking for an experienced Intune specialist to support endpoint management and security initiatives for a long-term contract position based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has led Microsoft Autopilot deployments from initial design through full configuration and rollout, not simply provided limited day-to-day platform support. The role focuses on strengthening modern device management practices while helping ensure secure, well-governed enterprise environments.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end setup, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Autopilot for enterprise device provisioning.
Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune to support secure endpoint management across the organization.
Develop and enforce device configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security controls aligned with cybersecurity standards.
Partner with technical teams to design scalable onboarding workflows for new and existing devices.
Evaluate data protection and file security practices within managed endpoints and recommend improvements where needed.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to device enrollment, policy deployment, and user provisioning in the Intune environment.
Document implementation decisions, platform standards, and operational procedures to support consistent administration.
Contribute expertise on cyber governance, privacy, and database-related security considerations as they connect to endpoint management.
Requirements
Proven experience implementing Microsoft Autopilot from planning and configuration through production rollout.
Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
Solid understanding of endpoint security, cyber governance, and broader cybersecurity best practices.
Experience creating and managing device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and enrollment strategies.
Knowledge of data privacy principles and secure handling of computer files across managed devices.
Ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues related to modern device management platforms.
Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams.
