Need Sr Resource for level 4 support with 12-15 years of solid experience
· We need a Sr. Engineer/administrator who has experience in working in endpoint management
· Good experience with endpoint management tool- MS-INTUNE
· Good experience with endpoint management tool- JAM-F
· He should be good at automation using PowerShell/Python.
Role Summary: This Level -2/3 role is responsible for designing, implementing, and securing an organization’s device ecosystem using Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
Key Responsibilities
· Device Management: Configure and manage the full lifecycle of endpoints, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
· Policy Configuration: Design and deploy configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines.
· Application Deployment: Package, deploy, and manage the lifecycle of corporate applications (LOB and store apps).
· Automated Provisioning: Implement and maintain Windows Autopilot for modern "out-of-box" device enrollment.
· Security & Compliance: Enforce Conditional Access based on device health and integrate with .
· Automation: Develop PowerShell scripts and utilize Microsoft Graph API to automate routine administration and reporting.
· Troubleshooting: Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex enrollment, policy application, and device connectivity issues.
Core Skills & Qualifications
· Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Mobile Application Management (MAM) with Microsoft Intune and Jamf
· Operating Systems: Proficiency in managing MS Windows 10/11 and Apple Mac OS, alongside mobile platforms like iOS and Android.
· Scripting: Strong skills in PowerShell for custom remediation and environment automation.
· Others: Familiarity with Okta (Identity & Access Management)
