Job Overview:
Pay Range: $60.00hr - $70.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 3+ years of Alliance Management experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or diagnostics.
- Bachelor s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Drive contract execution, account growth, and operational governance across key pharma partnerships.
- Lead the end-to-end management of joint agreements, steer governance committees, and align cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned pharma/diagnostics partners to deliver on shared goals and broaden account scope.
- Lead the initiation, drafting, and execution of revenue-generating project contracts.
- Facilitate Joint Steering Committees, enforce contractual compliance, and assess overall alliance health.
- Address partner conflicts proactively and facilitate alignment across internal R&D, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams.
Nice to Have:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Conga.
- CA-AM or CSAP certification.
