Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for Email to join a real estate and property organization in Los Angeles, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented marketing specialist who can blend campaign strategy, analytics, and creative direction to strengthen audience engagement across digital channels. The role will partner with cross-functional teams to build cohesive marketing initiatives, improve digital performance, and deliver brand-consistent experiences that support business goals.
Responsibilities:
Analyze website and campaign performance data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and shape future marketing initiatives.
Track market activity, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to recommend improvements in digital outreach and measurement practices.
Plan, launch, and evaluate email and digital marketing campaigns, reporting on results such as reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness to internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with teams across creative, property marketing, digital, social media, and public relations to maintain a unified brand presence and support shared objectives.
Develop integrated seasonal campaigns for owned and paid channels, guiding execution from initial brief and content planning through final asset delivery.
Direct the creation and upkeep of visual marketing materials, including photography and digital assets tied to events, openings, promotions, and new initiatives.
Structure campaign messaging and creative priorities to encourage desired customer actions and align communications with business targets.
Oversee the development of landing pages, website visuals, and digital content with a strong focus on usability, customer engagement, and brand presentation.
Apply user-centered design principles, industry best practices, and competitive e-commerce insights to enhance online experiences and improve performance.
Recommend innovative digital content and marketing solutions that strengthen differentiation, elevate user experience, and support measurable results.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in digital marketing or digital design spanning web, social, email, and other online platforms.
MUST HAVE WORDPRESS AND SALESFORCE MARKETING CLOUD
Demonstrated background in an agency or in-house marketing environment, with prior exposure to fashion, beauty, luxury, or similarly brand-driven industries preferred.
Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and the ability to interpret performance data effectively.
Familiarity with web technologies and a working understanding of how digital content is executed across online environments.
Knowledge of email marketing, paid social, and analytics, along with enthusiasm for evolving trends in digital and emerging media.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, paired with the interpersonal ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure, with the ability to represent brand voice consistently for different audiences.
