Description Our client is seeking a highly motivated
Growth Marketing Manager to join their team in a newly created role focused on accelerating brand awareness, audience growth, and digital engagement. This individual will play a critical role in bringing marketing efforts in-house, partnering closely with video production and marketing resources to drive measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor with experience developing and implementing growth marketing initiatives across website optimization, content marketing, and video-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and manage growth marketing initiatives designed to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Oversee website performance, content strategy, user experience improvements, and conversion optimization efforts.
- Coordinate production and distribution of a high-volume video content strategy, including the release of new video content approximately every six days.
- Partner closely with internal content, video specialists, and external resources to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Manage marketing project workflows and serve as the central point of coordination across digital marketing activities.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and report on key growth metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans.
- Support efforts to transition marketing functions from outsourced vendors to an internal, scalable marketing operation.
- Contribute to content creation and provide guidance on video editing, digital storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
Requirements Qualifications- 5-7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, or a related marketing leadership role
- Proven track record of helping organizations achieve measurable growth through digital marketing initiatives.
Strong expertise in:
- Website management and optimization
- Digital content marketing
- Marketing analytics and performance reporting
- Video marketing and content distribution
- Experience coordinating marketing teams, freelancers, or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Understanding of video production workflows and basic video editing capabilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Highly analytical with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
