IT Project Manager with Retail/E-commerce Experience

This position is a strategic and execution-focused role responsible for delivering high-impact initiatives across e-commerce, digital marketing, and customer experience platforms. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across e-commerce, marketing technology, and customer experience platforms
• Partner with E-commerce, Marketing, Product, and IT stakeholders to define business needs and deliver scalable solutions
• Manage initiatives such as site enhancements, checkout optimization, personalization, integrations, and marketing platform implementations
• Own project plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery outcomes with a focus on business impact
• Drive cross-functional alignment across internal teams and external vendors
• Establish and maintain clear roadmaps, priorities, and delivery milestones aligned to digital and e-commerce strategy
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure effective execution across sprints and releases
• Coordinate UAT, release planning, and post-launch support for digital initiatives
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and value to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Continuously improve delivery processes to increase speed-to-market and quality of execution
• Remove blockers and enable teams to operate efficiently

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor''''s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager in digital, e-commerce, or customer-facing platforms
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across e-commerce, marketing, and IT teams
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile delivery

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail, apparel, or direct-to-consumer environments
• Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento
• Experience with digital marketing technologies such as ESPs, personalization tools, CDPs, analytics platforms
• Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and personalization strategies
• Experience supporting or implementing mobile applications and omnichannel experiences
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with UAT planning, test case development, and release management
